During the past 6 years, we are proud that our coal trading track records have increased significantly. Our trading volume for coal was a whopping 3 million tonnes in year 2011 proven by our strong and creative marketing strategy.

According to the latest research, global coal consumption reached nearly 8 billion tons in 2010, having expanded by a record 3 billion tons in the past decade. Given current rates, global coal consumption could well increase by another 3 billion tons in the next decade.

In fact, by 2015, the world currently plans to add at least another 1.4 billion tons to annual coal demand, China alone boosted its coal consumption from 1.8 billion tons in 2000 to 3.5 billion tons in 2011.

In the interim, we, Klandee R&E have an ambitious plan to almost double the 3 millions tonnes delivered volumes in 2011 and having already crossed the 3.8 million tonne mark year to date.
